International use:<\/strong> <\/span> Although the GGC Website and Software may be accessible worldwide, we make no representation that the Software or related materials are appropriate or available for use in your location, and the Software may not be accessible from territories where the content is prohibited by local law. Those who choose to access the Software from such territories do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Any offer and\/or information made in connection with the Software is void where prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n

- do not have the option to disable the software<\/span><\/p>\n

- are not informed in writing of the software's features<\/span><\/p>\n

- that their consent to its use has not been clearly given also in writing and without compulsion and with full knowledge of the facts.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the event that these provisions are not made, the natural or legal person engaging in these activities acknowledges his or her guilt in violating the privacy of others.<\/span><\/p>\n

She will be liable to the penalties that the penal code of her country will specify in this matter.<\/span><\/p>\n

We assume no responsibility and are not liable for any abuse or damage caused by the use of our software. <\/span><\/p>\n

Application Provider is unable to provide you with legal advice regarding your use of the Licensed Software. You should be aware that it is a violation of applicable law to install or use monitoring software, such as the Licensed Software, on a cell phone or other device, account, application or program that you do not have the right to monitor. The law generally requires that you notify the users or owners of the device, account, application or program that the device, account, application or program is being monitored. Failure to do so may constitute a violation of the law, which can lead to significant financial and penal sanctions against the offender<\/strong>. We advise you to consult your legal advisor<\/strong> as to the legality of the use of the Licensed Software you wish to make before downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Software. Fraudulent and illegal use of the Software

You agree that you will not use the Licensed Software in any way to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other person, and that Application Provider shall not be liable in any way for any such use by you, nor for any harassing, threatening, defamatory, offensive or illegal exchanges or messages you may receive as a result of using the Licensed Software. In the event that the Licensed Software is installed on a device without the owner's permission, the Application Provider has the right to issue uninstallation instructions for that person and to ensure that the offender's account is blocked. Please note that all data on the GGC servers is encrypted to protect the account holder's privacy, so the application provider cannot disclose this data to third parties or read it from the server.<\/span><\/p>\n
